Entry Form Information

Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person (or anything deemed intentional/excessive) will be disqualified. A government-issued ID will be required to claim the prize.
You must provide:
- Email address
- Full legal name (as shown on your ID)
- Daytime telephone number
- United States (U.S.) resident status (i.e. Are you a resident of the U.S. or not.)
** U.S. Residents: By entering, you agree to be automatically subscribed to both mailing lists as part of the giveaway terms. You may unsubscribe at any time.
** Non-U.S. Residents: The entry form allows you to sign up for the Anthony Marinelli Music or the Groove Synthesis mailing lists by checking one or more checkboxes, but you are not obligated to check either for entry into the giveaway.

Giveaway Rules

Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
By submitting your entry, you agree to provide Anthony Marinelli Music and Groove Synthesis with a photo of you and the prize, plus a brief statement about what it means to win.
- You grant both companies permission to use this material on their websites, newsletters, and/or social media.
- Your name will appear as: First name, Last initial, City, Country (e.g., WINNER: Alex T., Los Angeles, USA).
Winners agree not to resell the prize within 12 months of receipt.
Please do not enter if you do not agree to these terms.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Anthony Marinelli Music, Groove Synthesis, or any affiliates are not eligible.
No cash alternative will be offered.
The organizers reserve the right to change the specification of the prize or offer a substitute of equal or greater value if necessary.
The Anthony Marinelli Music team's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
Please do not include other correspondence with your entry.
Winners must be willing to make themselves available should either company wish to arrange a brief presentation or interview (rare but possible).
The winner's first name and country will be made available upon request.
The winner is responsible for any shipping costs that exceed $350 USD.
U.S. Residents: The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.
Non-U.S. Residents: The winner is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs, or other fees associated with the delivery and receipt of the prize in their country of residence. The prize will be shipped to the winner 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' (DDU). The winner agrees to pay all such charges at the time of delivery. The sponsor is not responsible for any additional costs incurred.

This giveaway is based entirely on chance. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on this form by the deadline.
